We are off to a great start in 1st grade this year. My students are working hard and they receive
many compliments on their behavior from other staff members. Keep up the good work boys and girls!!
Next week we will be learning about:
- Main idea and details in reading
- Short i words
- math word problems
- basic addition facts
- Writing complete sentences with capitalization and punctuation
- Ben Franklin
Remember that we have snack time each day. Please make sure it is healthy snack. We have PE every other day so make sure your child has on tennis shoes for PE days.
Mrs. Bailey is leaving us Friday. She will be greatly missed.
