April Newsletter
Mrs. Harrison’s Messages
Welcome back! I heard about your Spring Break adventures and relaxation. I hope you all enjoyed your family time! Over the next few weeks, we will be learning a few new concepts, but for the majority of the time we will be extending our learning with higher order thinking skills. Please ask your child what he or she is learning about on a daily basis. Ask them about their “goals” in guided reading, how they are trying to “persuade” me during writers workshop, and how they are solving problems in math. Also, behavior has a tendency to slide downhill this time of year. Please remind your child of the importance of making good choices, being respectful, and using time wisely. Thank you all for your continued support!!!
SAVE THE DATE for May 23rd. You are invited to celebrate our amazing year with us! More information to come!
