PTA's Santa Breakfast

  The PTA's Santa Breakfast is next Saturday, December 8th from 9:00 am to noon. We will be making crafts, serving breakfast, playing "The Polar Express" movie and there will be a special guest appearance by Santa himself! The cost for all this is $3 per child. Presale tickets are on sale until Thursday the 6th and can also be purchased at the door. As always we are in need of volunteers. Halloween Fun!

This year we owe a HUGE thank you to Destiny Lynn's mom for donating all the goodie bags, the juice, and the wonderful Designer Cupcake Cake for our celebration.  Take a look.  By the way, thank you to Samuel's and Charly's parents for donating our pumpkins.  We did some awesome math and science activities with them.

Big congratulations to Deontae for receiving a Great Behavior Award from Mr. Manson.  We are proud of you!

Celebrating...

A HUGE thank you to all of you who volunteered and helped by sending in items for our Thanksgiving Celebration, and to our KSU student, Miss Plemmons, who also donated items and showed up to help.  We had a wonderful time and ate, and ate, and ate....even our crafts were edible.  Some may not have made it home -yumm - sorry!     (Click on pictures to enlarge).

Art Night at Dowell!!!

Arts Night Date:  November 27th

Time: 6:00- 8:00 p.m.

Location:  Art in the gym, concert in the cafeteria (Tapp Chamber Orchestra in the gym).

Come to see your child's artwork on display.  You will be able to purchase the artwork.  They have done an awesome job!
