I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I am ready for another wonderful week with my students/your children!
This week:
*Picture day is this Thursday, September 16. Information will come home Monday. Everyone will have their picture made regardless of if you purchase a package or not. The pictures will be used in our 2010-2011 yearbook.
*Fundrasier packets or money are due this Friday. Please remember that you must pay $20 in order to keep the books.
*The chorus sing-a-thon is NOT this Friday. It is scheduled for Friday, October 1. Sorry for any confusion.
Performing Arts- Please remember to retunr your child's performing arts persmission slip that came home in last week's Thursday folder.
Thank you , thank you, thank you Mrs. Scott for providing our class with snacks! Through Mrs. Scott's work, she is able to provide snacks for the students who don't have a snack or forgot one.
Birthdays- I love to celebrate your child on his or her birthday, but please remember that we are not allowed to bring cakes or cupcakes into the cafeteria any longer to celebrate this special day. If you would like to send in goodies for your child's birthday, please send them so we can share them at snack time. Cupcakes, cookies or doughnuts work great. Please do not send in a cake. I don't have a knife or the time to cut and serve a cake. I hope you understand.
REMEMBER that school is out next week for Fall Break! I hope you enjoy!
