The administrators argue that computers are just a distraction for both teachers and students. They have agreed, however to debate the issue with the student council representatives. Write a speech to present to both the administrators and students about this issue. Use R.A.F.T.S. to help you prepare (must be at least 1 page but no more than 2 pages).
