Journey Into Language Arts-Go For The Gold
The Write Source group will also be focusing on building their reading experience. In addition, students have been divided into guided cooperative book clubs. We are currently reading the following: Bridge to Terabithia, Loser, and Dear Mr. Henshaw.
We are working on the writing process and integrating the Six Traits of Effective Writing into our writing routine. Writing as a process may seem unfamiliar to your child at first, but after lots of practice, they'll get the hang of it. We are learning about peer responding to our writing, as well as using rubrics to score our writing.
